Te Mana Hā is a multi-ethnic group of people who live, work and thrive in Te Tau Ihu o te Waka-ā-Maui. As a Kapa Waiata (Choir), they are committed to learning Te Reo Māori. Singing waiata Māori is a way of uplifting the language, supporting its presence in our homes, with our whanau and in our community.
Te Mana Hā is a not-for-profit group who have been singing and performing in the community since 2021.
The name Te Mana Hā means ‘The empowered breath’.
